Secure Window Walls
Professional lintel repair and precise caulking that strengthen window openings, stop drafts, block leaks, and protect your home from costly structural damage.
We replace rusted, cracked, and failing window lintels and re-caulk and seal around windows and joints to stop water getting into the wall. From a single rusted lintel to a full building, our own crew handles it, licensed under NYC DCWP #2127843-DCWP and fully insured, across Staten Island and all five NYC boroughs since 2014.
More than a decade of masonry and restoration work means rusted lintels are cut out and replaced correctly, the brick above is rebuilt clean, and the seal keeps water out for good.
You get a detailed written estimate before any work starts, so you know the full scope and there are no surprises along the way.
We offer a no-pressure, no-cost inspection to understand your needs and provide clear guidance on the best way to restore or improve your property.
We take pride in the finished result and back the work we do. If something is not right, we make it right.

TESTIMONIAL

It depends on how many lintels are failing, their length and location, how much brick above has to be removed and rebuilt, and access on upper floors. We inspect each opening and put the scope in a written estimate. Ask for a free inspection.
A lintel is the steel or masonry beam that carries the wall above a window or door. Steel lintels rust over decades, and as the rust expands it cracks and lifts the brick above, a process called rust jacking. Left alone it damages the wall and lets water in.
Rust stains bleeding down the brick, cracks stepping out from the top corners of a window, brick lifting or bulging above the opening, and gaps where the lintel meets the wall. Catching it early keeps the repair smaller.
A single lintel is often one to two days including cutting out the old steel, setting the new lintel, and rebuilding the brick. Multiple openings or upper floors with scaffolding take longer. You get a timeline in the written estimate.
Yes. We remove old failed caulk and re-seal around windows, joints, and transitions with the right sealant so water and air stop getting into the wall. Good caulking protects the lintel and masonry behind it.
Yes. We match brick and mortar color and tooling as closely as possible so the rebuilt section above the window blends into the existing wall instead of standing out.
Yes. The lintel carries real load, so it has to be replaced properly with the right size steel and support while the wall is open. This is not a cosmetic patch, which is why it is worth using an experienced masonry crew.
